Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in prominent organizations, including Reliance Infocomm, where he served as Head of Loan Operations & Fraud Control Operations, and ISPAT Industries Ltd, ITC Classic Finance, Empire Finance Company Ltd, and ISPL Industries Ltd. Additionally, Paddy has served as Managing Director & CEO of 3i Infotech Ltd. He has also led Product Development & Delivery for Banking, Insurance, and ERP verticals, along with Technology and Managed Services businesses.
